The company’s training policy is governed by a simple concept: the establishment of work environment that really promotes, at all levels, the exchange of knowledge, to develop its skills. In-house training, provided by the Extiens themselves, complements the training provided by external organizations, open to all employees without limitation.
In 2015, we created the Communities of Experts, which organize about 100 meet-ups a year, allowing experts and / or enthusiasts from various fields (Data, Innovation, Agile, DevOps, FeelGood, Programming Languages …) to meet together, extend their network, and share their expertise in order to develop their skills.
